เทศบาลตำบลหนองผึ้งเปิดรับยืนยันสิทธิการขอรับเงินเบี้ยยังชีพผู้สูงอายุ ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569
สำหรับผู้สูงอายุ ดังต่อไปนี้
1. Elderly people who have reached the age of 60 years. who have never confirmed their right to receive the elderly living allowance and have the qualifications according to the regulations If the elderly have confirmed their rights to receive the Elderly Living Allowance. will have the right to receive the elderly living allowance next month
2. Elderly people who will turn 60 years of age in fiscal year 2026 will have the right to receive the Elderly Living Allowance in the month following the month in which they turn 60 years of age (Elderly people born between 2 September 1965 - 1 September 1966).
3. Elderly people who move their domicile into the Nong Phueng Subdistrict Municipality.
เตรียมเอกสารหลักฐาน ดังนี้
1. Identification card (original)
2. House registration (original)
3. Copy of savings bank passbook (Krung Thai Bank / BAAC or Government Savings Bank)
ในกรณีที่ผู้สูงอายุไม่สามารถมายื่นคำขอลงทะเบียนด้วยตนได้ ให้มอบอำนาจเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรให้ผู้อื่นเป็นผู้ยื่นยืนยันสิทธิฯ แทนได้ โดยหนังสือมอบอำนาจ(รับได้ที่กองสวัสดิการสังคม ตำบลหนองผึ้ง) พร้อมสำเนาบัตรประจำตัวประชาชนของผู้มอบอำนาจและผู้รับมอบอำนาจ
โดยสามารถมายื่นเอกสารได้ด้วยตนเอง หรือมอบอำนาจเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร ได้ที่ กองสวัสดิการสังคม เทศบาลตำบลหนองผึ้ง เวลา 08.30 – 16.30 น. (ในวันและเวลาราชการ) ตั้งแต่เดือนตุลาคม 2567 – เดือนกันยายน 2568 สอบถามเพิ่มเติมได้ที่หมายเลขโทรศัพท์ (053)103882 ต่อ 11
