เอกสารประกอบการขอรับเงินค่าล้างโคลน มีดังนี้
1. In the case of receiving money in person (petitioner)
- Real ID card (not expired)
- 2 copies of house registration
- 2 copies of ID card
*****No need to certify the true copy" by signing to certify the copy on the day you receive the money.
2. In the case of authorizing another person to receive on behalf of
ผู้มอบอำนาจ
- Power of Attorney (complete with signatures of the attorney, attorney and 2 witnesses) 1 copy
- Copy of ID card (with certified true copy) 1 copy
- Copy of house registration (of those entitled to receive money) (with certified true copy), 1 copy
Authorised representative
- Copy of ID card (with certified true copy) 1 copy
- Real ID card (not expired)
กรณีไม่สามารถมารับด้วยตนเอง ในช่วงวันเวลาดังกล่าวได้
สามารถติดต่อรับเงิน ณ ที่ว่าการอำเภอสารภี ในวันเวลาทำการ ตั้งแต่วันที่ 28 เมษายน 2568 เป็นต้นไป
